Our Services
House Owl is an independent disclosure review and risk management service for California residential transactions, retained by the agent. We also offer broker risk-management training.
Many transactions come with a long stack of documents, and HOA properties add more. That's where we come in.
Reviews: there's no booking link and no forms. Your New Escrow email is the booking.
Disclosure reviews: $995 per side, paid at close of escrow, with nothing up front.
Calls run 7 days a week (excluding major holidays), until 9pm Pacific.
Training: online sessions are offered statewide; in-person sessions cover Southern California for now.
