Information you give us: what you enter in our contact or inquiry forms, or when you book a call through Calendly. This can include your name, email, phone number, message and appointment details.
Information you email us: anything you send to Jason@myhouseowl.com, such as transaction emails and documents.
Call recordings: review calls are held and recorded on Zoom. Zoom shows everyone a notice that the call is being recorded. If you don't want to be recorded, tell us or leave the call. We share a recording only with the client and their agent on the transaction, and we don't use review-call recordings for marketing.
Information collected automatically: we use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used. This can include pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, the site that referred you, and cookies or similar identifiers. Wix, our website host, also collects basic data it needs to run the site.
We use this information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and deliver reviews and training, send invoices, improve the website, and help keep the site secure.
Google Analytics: it uses cookies to see how visitors use the site. See how Google uses this information: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out with Google's add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Service providers: companies that host and run our website, scheduling and calls, including Wix, Calendly and Zoom. Your agent and other parties on your transaction, when needed to deliver the review.
Others, when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information.
Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Other parties, such as Google, may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites when you use our site.
Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies.

Contact us to ask to see, correct or delete information you've given us. We'll delete what we can. Review records and call recordings are kept for the period below, so we may not be able to delete those until it ends.
We keep transaction review records and call recordings for 7 years from the close of escrow, or 7 years from the call recording date if escrow doesn't close. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Our site is not directed to children under 13.
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
